How to Start a Return

Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we cover the return shipping cost.
For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
